1. Purchase Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support our procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products for supplies, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining purchase records. This role requires good negotiation abilities, and a willingness to travel for purchases.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the team to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Identifying potential customers or leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Reaching out to prospective clients to initiate conversations and generate interest in products or services.
  • Supporting senior sales staff in their day-to-day activities, which may include preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing paperwork.
  • Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and potentially upsell or cross-sell products/services.
  • Providing support in the sales process, such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Gathering information about competitors, market trends, and customer needs to contribute to sales strategies.
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Compiling sales reports and data analysis to track progress and provide insights to the sales manager or team.
Qualification
  • Any UG/PG Degree in related field.
Experience
  • Min – 1 to 2 Years.
Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

2. PLC Programming

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Attending service call for automation products.
  • Good knowledge on electrical circuit’s preparation and Electrical CAD.
  • PLC/VFD panel engineering & Design.
  • Pleasant personality, initiative and good working attitude.
  • Willingness to travel.
Qualification
  • Need experience in the Electrical and Automation Domain.

3.Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales- related equipment or materials
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after- sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
